SCMF (Supply Chain Management Framework; branded in the app as Supply Chain Management Finishgoods) is a web platform for finish-goods supply chain planning and coordination. It brings together master data, demand forecasting, and governance workflows so teams can align on volumes across channels, branches, and categories.

The system is built as a three-part stack: a React + TypeScript SPA, a Go API gateway (authentication, session handling, routing, and WebSocket updates), and a Go backend service backed by PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, and SAP HANA, with scheduled sync jobs and sync monitoring to keep operational and ERP-aligned data current.

Core capabilities include configurable AP1 and AP2 processes: templates define how forecasts are captured; submissions roll up forecasted amounts by period; multi-step approvals (with email notifications) control release; and monitoring gives visibility into AP1/AP2 status. Demand consensus supports collaborative, period-based adjustments (including suggested values and checks across future months). Around that, SCMF maintains suppliers (including email touchpoints), items, warehouses, channels and branches (with source/target mappings and PIC assignments), SKU and channel targets, incoming items, stock MFI, cut-off and payment terms, ports of loading, and system configuration—plus administration (users, roles, menus), notifications, and audit/history views.
